Rick Gang BA is a skilled home care professional with nearly 30 years of experience managing home care. As CEO and co-founder of Holistic HomeCare Associates, Rick has a deep understanding of the home care landscape. He and his team take great pride in ensuring that clients receive the very best home care experience through rigorous caregiver screening and matching and enhancing and simplifying the employment process.

Anne Sansevero RN, MA, GNP, CCM is a geriatric nurse practitioner, a certified care manager, and is co-founder of Holistic HomeCare Associates. With over 40 years of nursing and care management experience, Anne’s clinical and strategic knowledge in aging and home care makes her a strong advocate for quality home care and attracts the very best of caregiving and nursing talent. Anne is a Past President of the Aging Life Care Association ® and a member of The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Julia Horton is the Director of Operations at Holistic HomeCare Associates.  With over twenty years of experience in healthcare and home care administration, Julia has proven herself as a trusted expert in the field. Her exceptional abilities in assisting our clients with various financial matters related to payroll and account management and long-term care insurance claim processing have ensured a responsive and professional experience for our clients.

Elizabeth Perdue is the Operations Manager at Holistic HomeCare Associates. She brings over 24 years of customer service expertise and more than 18 years of experience in home health care. Providing the highest degree of professionalism and compassion is her top priority. Elizabeth’s scheduling experience and her high attention to detail ensures operational efficiency so that our clients and caregivers receive the highest level of service and support.

Janice Taylor is an Executive Assistant at Holistic HomeCare Associates. She provides administrative and bookkeeping support to the executive team and assists with event planning.

Laurelyn Watson-Chase, BM, MM, is a Scheduling Specialist at Holistic HomeCare Associates. She is an expert in talent recruitment and understands the complexities and nuances of the vetting, selection, and matching process. Her role includes reviewing candidates using proprietary software and precision matching them to client’s needs and requests.

Shay Aslett, BA, CSA, is the Client Relations Manager at Holistic HomeCare Associates.

She plays an important role in facilitating the intake process for new clients and understanding their unique needs.  Shay has excellent critical thinking skills and is empathetic and personable.  Other skills include effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Taylor Hibler is the Client Services Coordinator at Holistic HomeCare Associates.

Taylor matches qualified caregivers and RN candidates to meet clients’ specific needs.  With over a decade of experience in home care, Taylor’s proficiency in managing ongoing scheduling needs compliments her commitment to maintaining high standards of care and support for each client, caregiver, and RN.
