Our Story

Holistic HomeCare Associates was founded in 2014 by Rick Gang and Anne Sansevero, two home care management professionals who struggled to find high-quality caregivers for their clients. Born of their frustrations using the typical home care agency model, they began to reimagine the private hire home care space. With Holistic HomeCare Associates, they created a new private home care registry model that offers high-caliber caregiver talent and places the values of choice, control, and quality at the center of the caregiver hiring process. This has resulted in expertly matched caregivers, high retention rates, and exceptional client satisfaction.
