What are some typical caregiver responsibilities?
Caregivers frequently perform a variety of tasks which include providing assistance with:

How does the hiring process work?
Contact Holistic HomeCare Associates and discuss with us your specific home care needs and budget. Based on your individualized requisites, Holistic HomeCare Associates, a licensed home care placement agency, will match a suitable caregiver and set up an interview. During the matching process, you as the employer will negotiate with the caregiver directly a proposed hourly or daily rate and any other benefits. If the match is successful, Holistic HomeCare associates will bill a reasonable charge for the placement and will provide ongoing assistance in finding you additional staffing support and coverage as needed, ensuring peace of mind.
What are the advantages of employing a private hire caregiver through a licensed home care placement agency?
You as the employer can choose the specific caregiver that best meets your home care needs, not the automatic care giver selection of a home health care agency.
What are some of the PROS to hiring a private caregiver?
1. You are in charge of the selection process and making the final decision.

What are my responsibilities as an employer?
