Holistic HomeCare Associates founders Rick Gang and Anne Sansevero are two seasoned Aging Life Care Professionals, who share a common passion, vision and commitment that the home care hiring process should be driven by a holistic person centered focus to achieve an exceptional experience.
Anne Sansevero RN, MA, GNP, CCM is a master’s prepared geriatric nurse practitioner, a certified Aging Life Care Professional and a veteran in the field of geriatric nursing with a depth of experience in caring for critically ill clients and advocating for the needs of older adults. She has a sub-specialty focus in neurological disorders and has a high level of clinical expertise in helping clients cope with the symptoms of Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s disease and stroke. Anne serves on the board of the Aging Life Care Association (ALCA) and is currently serving as Vice President of the Greater New York Chapter of ALCA. Anne is also a member of the The Nurse Practitioners of New York Association and The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Rick Gang is a dedicated and skilled home care professional with over nineteen years of experience managing a private geriatric care management practice. Rick managed the clinical staff as they supported the client population which were often medically complex cases. At Holistic HomeCare Associates Rick oversees the day to day client service delivery to assure complete client satisfaction. Rick has extensive experience with screening, interviewing and placing private caregivers with clients. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of matching clients and caregivers as well as being able to advise and assist clients with payroll and all employer obligations. Rick has served on the board of a local senior center as well as being involved with many other volunteer community involvements. Rick has his BA in Sociology from Lehman College.
